MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF WORSTEAD PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON

TUESDAY 27th MARCH 2001

IN THE QUEEN ELIZABETH HALL, WORSTEAD FOLLOWING THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING.

This meeting was held to look at the financial position prior to the year end. The clerk was pleased to announce that the Council had stayed within the precept.

Whilst checking the books, it had come to her attention that some transactions did not appear to have been approved in the minutes earlier in the year. There were also some outstanding issues from the previous years audit in this respect. The items were:-

Payments in April 99 to Audit Commission £167.79

Queen Elizabeth Hall £90

NCAPTC £94.32

Norfolk Playing Fields Assoc £15

Other payments were Safestore £3per quarter by direct debit +£5 p a

Norfolk C C footway £12094.85 in May 2000

These were proposed by Mr Nash & seconded by Mrs Gray. All agreed.
