AMC07 01	Chariman Henderson stood down as Chairman ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN: Cllr. Barrett proposed to re-elect Cllr. Henderson as Chairman, seconded by Cllr. West. Cllr. Henderson accepted and sogned the declaration of office ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN: Cllr. West proposed to elect Cllr. Barrett as Vice Chairman, seconded by Cllr. Henderson. Cllr. 	Although not an agenda item, it was agreed to postpone the normal Council Meeting to 29 May 2007, due to work commitments of 2 Councillors.
