PCSO WIBBERLEY:
PCSO Wibberley has unexpectedly been transferred to the Holt area. Councillors present expressed their disappointment, as PCSO Wibberley was well known and liked in the village. Chairman Henderson will ask for a meeting with Inspector Hornsby
PARISH PLAN:
One member of the public asked about the draft questionnaire which some councillors completed. They thought the questionnaire was too long, too complicated and some questions were leading. Nobody has heard from M. Ashcroft (the chairman of the steering group). It was felt it should be re ignited again. Contact will be made with Mr. Ashcroft.

DISTRICT/ COUNTY COUNCILLOR
Ecotown: The Air base will not become a Ecotown. District Cllr. Wilkins explained she would like to turn it into a Conservation Area (nothing can be demolished without planning permission) and asked for the Council’s support, which was readily given. In the past various parties were interested to utilise the site, but the MOD preferred to sell it as a whole, resulting in the present deterioration.
Conservation area appraisal: Chairman Henderson thought the local listing of significant buildings (make a contribution to the village, not of national importance) was interesting. Mrs. Wilkins felt that Church View House should be included and Cllrs. thought the playing field should be included as well as a recreation ground. Issues, like overhead cables, mentioned in the document may be addressed within the remit of NNDC, with the hope that utilities and NCC will cooperate.
