Due to computer problems the clerk had been unable to produce the minutes of the last meeting.
They
will be brought to the next meeting for approval.

Withdrawal of application

A letter had been received giving details of procedures for members of the
Public who wish to speak at these meetings.
00/76 BUS SHELTER
The plans have been received and councillors agreed earlier in the meeting to submit
them to North Norfolk District Council for planning permission.
00/77 TRANSPORT & TRAFFIC
Letters had been received from David Prior M P & Mrs Cullingham
stating that NEWS have agreed to start using the route hierarchy
w.e.f. 21st November 2000.The clerk was asked to write to
Mrs Cullingham thanking her for her work.
Correspondence is still awaited about the repairs to the car park.

Worstead Civil Defence Project Community Advisor
A letter had been received from Mr Norman Anthony stating the he had
resigned. The clerk was asked to write to him giving the councils thanks.
Mrs Hurrell was asked to include a piece in her article stating that a
replacement was needed.
A letter had been received giving a contact address for anyone interested
in working on the census. Mrs Hurrell agreed to publicise this.
Norfolk Accident Rescue Service
A reply had been received giving more details of this service.
Mr Nash proposed a £50 donation, seconded by Mr Parker. All agreed.
Special Constabulary Open Evening
An invitation had been received. Mr Uglow will attend the one on 25th January.
Best Value Service Review Consultation Questionnaire
Mr Uglow will reply.
North Walsham Market Place Enhancement Scheme
No comment.
The draft register of electors has been received. A copy should be sent to
all Councillors.
Norfolk County Service Contract
The new contract was signed but the clerk was asked to request a visit to a
Future meeting to discuss an improved service in the future. CLERK
ROSPA Safety Inspection
The clerk should book this. CLERK
Rural White Paper
This gives details of facilities to be offered at Post Offices, Rate Relief
Help for schools etc. Mr Paterson & Mrs Rance agreed to look at this. GP/CR
