MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF WORSTEAD PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON 24.05.2005 AT THE QUEEN ELIZABETH HALL

Present: Cllrs. J. Parker, G. Paterson, S. Henderson, L. Gray, R. Charman and J. Tilley.

Apologies: Cllrs. K. Uglow, R. Barrett and T. Rose

Also present: 1 member of the public and District Councillor C. Wilkins.

05/2405A	MINUTES OF PARISH ANNUAL MEETING 25.05.2004 In absence of the Chairman Vice Chairman Gray took over. The minutes were accepted as a true record and duly signed by Cllr. Gray.
05/2405B	ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN Cllr. Gray informed the Council that Cllr. Uglow thought his time as Chairman was up and was happy to stand down. Cllr. Parker proposed Cllr. Paterson or Henderson. Cllr. Paterson thanked him but declined. Cllr. Tilley seconded the proposal of Cllr. Henderson as Chairman, all agreed. He was duly elected and signed the Acceptance of Office as chairman.
05/2405C	ELECTION OF VICE- CHAIRMAN Cllr. Henderson proposed Cllr. Uglow, which was seconded by Cllr. Gray, all agreed. Cllr. Uglow was duly elected. Clerk to tell him	Clerk
